TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by SPEED COMPUTER EDUCATION.

1. Admission Policy

* All applicants must provide accurate and complete information

* Admission may be cancelled if false information is detected

2. Fee Structure and Payment

* All fees must be paid within the prescribed time

* Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services

3. Attendance Requirement

* A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory

* Students failing to meet attendance criteria may be restricted from examinations

4. Code of Conduct

* Students must maintain discipline within the premises

* Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, or damage to property is strictly prohibited

5. Use of Institutional Resources

* Computer labs and equipment must be used responsibly

* Unauthorized installation, deletion, or modification of software is prohibited

6. Institutional Rights

We reserve the right to:

* Modify course structure, fees, or policies

* Take disciplinary action where necessary

7. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
